Main Uses:

It is widely used in pharmacy, foodstuff and chemical industries. The raw powder material and adhesive in a cylinder are mixed fully at the bottom to become a humid soft material. Then it is cut through high-speed crusher and become uniform granules.

Main Properties:

1. horizontal cylinder structure

2. use air filled seal shaft to drive. When washing, it can be changed to water

3. granulating in liquefied state. Its fluidity is good.

4. use less than 25% adhesive when compared with tranditional process

5. drying time is shortened. 2 minutes for dry mixing, 1-4minutes for granulating

6. dry mixing , humidity mixing and granulating can be finished in the same sealed container
